Delete your ApnaBot account and data

Option 1: In the app

Open ApnaBot -> Profile -> Danger Zone -> Delete account, then tap 'Send request'. This opens a pre-filled email to us. Send it from your registered email address.

Option 2: By email

Send an email to info@averixsolutions.co.in from the email address registered with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Include your registered email and business name. We may ask you to confirm it is you.

What we delete (within 30 days of a confirmed request)

• Your account, business profile and settings
• Messages, customers, bookings and forms
• Uploaded photos, videos and your payment QR
• Staff accounts you created

What we may keep

• Invoices and payment records required by law
• Basic security logs for a limited period

Customers of a business

If you are a customer of a business that uses ApnaBot and want your data removed, ask that business, or email us and we will pass your request on.

Meta / WhatsApp data

WhatsApp message data may also be retained by Meta independently of ApnaBot, under Meta's own policies. Review Meta's data deletion options separately if you want it removed there too.
