1. Who we are

2. What ApnaBot does

ApnaBot helps small businesses ("business owners") automate their WhatsApp Business account: auto-replies, bookings, customer lists, payment QR sharing and staff access. For the business owners' own customers, the business owner decides why their data is used, and ApnaBot processes it on the owner's behalf.

3. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored securely, never in plain text on our servers).
• Business information: business name, category, address, working hours, services, forms, photos or videos you upload for replies, and your payment QR image.
• WhatsApp connection details: the WhatsApp Business account credentials you enter, used only to send and receive messages for your business.
• Your customers' data: names, phone numbers, messages, booking details and payment status that pass through your WhatsApp Business account.
• Staff information: name, email, phone and permissions of staff you add.
• Subscription and billing records: plan, dates, payment status. Card or UPI details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Address search text, if you use address suggestions in forms.
• Technical data: app version, device type, error logs and IP address, used to keep the service secure and working.

4. How we use it

To provide and run ApnaBot; to authenticate you; to send and receive WhatsApp messages for your business; to create bookings and payment records; to manage your subscription; to give support; to prevent abuse and keep the service secure; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Who we share it with (service providers acting for us)

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): to send and receive messages.
• Payment provider (Razorpay): to process subscription payments.
• Google (Maps/Places): to provide address suggestions.
• Cloud hosting and database providers: to store and run the service.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

6. Security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your account and business data (messages, customers, bookings, uploaded media) within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices and payment records). How to delete: see /data-deletion.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@averixsolutions.co.in. A customer of a business using ApnaBot should contact that business first.

9. Children

ApnaBot is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
