Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ApnaBot, operated by Averix Solutions Private Limited ("Averix", "we", "us"). By registering as a Business Owner on ApnaBot, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ApnaBot lets Business Owners set up an automated WhatsApp chatbot to handle customer messages, bookings, and (optionally) payments, using Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to register a business to use ApnaBot. You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp Business API complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.

3. Business Owner responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the fares, rules, and content configured in your bot
• You are responsible for how you communicate with your Customers via the bot, including complying with applicable consumer protection and communications laws
• You must not use ApnaBot to send spam, unsolicited marketing outside WhatsApp's messaging policies, or unlawful content
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Subscription & payments

ApnaBot is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are as shown in your dashboard at the time of purchase.

5. Third-party platforms

ApnaBot relies on Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API and other third-party services to operate. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by Meta or other third-party providers that affect your bot's availability.

6. Data

Your use of ApnaBot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

7. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of liability

ApnaBot is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Averix Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including losses from bot downtime, third-party API outages, or booking errors.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ApnaBot after changes constitutes acceptance.
